Add .gitignore covering:
- Operating systems: macOS, Windows, Linux
- IDEs: VSCode, JetBrains, Eclipse, Vim, Emacs
- AI editors: Claude Code, OpenCode, Cursor, Aider, etc.
- Python: venv, __pycache__, dist, coverage
- Project: generated presentations, logs, env files
